         <title>Peanut butter cookies</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Ingredients</strong></div><div>for 25 cookies</div><ul><li>1 cup peanut butter(240 g)</li><li>½ cup sugar(100 g)</li><li>1 egg</li></ul><div><strong>Preparation</strong></div><ol><li>Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC).</li><li>In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, sugar, and egg.</li><li>Scoop out a spoonful of dough and roll it into a ball. Place the cookie balls onto a nonstick baking sheet.</li><li>For extra decoration and to make them cook more evenly, flatten the cookie balls by pressing a fork down on top of them, then press it down again at a 90º angle to make a criss-cross pattern.</li><li>Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the bottom of the cookies are golden brown.</li><li>Remove from baking sheet and cool.</li><li>Enjoy!</li></ol>]]></description>

Add in the chocolate chips and stir until completely melted. Microwave the mixture as needed until the chocolate is completely melted.</li><li>Add in the egg yolk, the brown sugar, and the vanilla if you're using some and stir until incorporated. Add in the flour and stir one more time just until the flour disappears. At this point you can add the chocolate chips and gently stir to get them incorporated to skip this step.</li><li>Cook the brownie on high in the microwave for 45 seconds.          <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Ingredients</strong></div><div>1 or more potatoes, scrubbed clean</div><div>Salt and other seasonings, <em>optional</em></div><div>Your preferred oil, <em>optional</em></div><div><strong>Preparation</strong></div><ol><li>Slice your potato into thin slices</li><li>Pat them dry using a dishcloth or paper towels</li><li>If using oil, brush a thin layer on either side of the potato slices and season.</li><li>Place on a plate in a single layer and avoid the slices touching each other.</li><li>Microwave the slices at 100% power for 3 minutes. Flip them over and microwave at 50% power for another 3 minutes. Remove any chips that are starting to crisp and brown. Pierce 3 to 4 times with a fork.&nbsp;</li><li>Place potato on a microwave-safe plate and microwave for 7 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking. If your potato isn’t fork-tender after 7 minutes, continue microwaving in 1-minute increments until fully cooked.
