I think it is suitable for him to go to an elderly‘s home. First he had a hard time taking care of himself. Take the elderly in society who had retarded as an example, most of them can't take care of themselves, they may have an accident while at work. It's extremely dangerous. Second, because he is relatively retarded, I think many jobs won't  give him priority to work. It's made it difficult for him to find jobs. Let me ask you a question before we start. Do you guys have any siblings? If yes, how do you usually get along with them? Therefore, I wanted to share here some moments of my interactions with my siblings. 
Believe it or not, I've an elder sister and a younger sister. This puts me in a very distressed state. For example, when I think my elder sister is annoying I don't dare to fight with her because I can't win. I also dare not fight with my younger sister because my parents will punish me if she cry. Do you have any solution? But aside from these unpleasant things, we still have a good relationship.
