•  The three steel-concrete structures stand 193 meters tall containing 60 floors. Containing 2561 rooms.

• Marina Bay Sands integrated an electronic booking management system (eBMS) with a building management system to reduce energy consumption, increase productivity, and enhance the customer experience in the MICE sector. 

• eBMS manages event bookings, location, food orders, and logistics in the meetings, incentives, conferences, and events sector. 

• HVAC systems are automated, turning on one hour before an event and off one hour after, saving over 790,000 kWh in 2013, with an 18-month payback period. 

• LED lights were installed in hotel corridors, guest rooms, elevators, loading docks, exhibition halls, casino, theater, retail, and back-of-house areas, saving 11 million kWh annually, with less than a 20-month payback period. 

• Passive infrared occupancy sensors were placed in freezers, closets, and offices, turning off lights after 15 minutes of no movement, with payback periods within 36 months for freezers and 12 months for other facilities. 

• Over 500 occupancy sensors were installed in the convention center's meeting rooms and bathrooms, saving 2.9 million kWh annually, with just over a year payback period.
