I learnt to make the texture of the Ondeh-ondeh to cook.I also learnt how to check if the food is cooked properly.<br>3.The problem I faced during the lesson is that I was not careful enough as the Ondeh-ondeh broke while it was cooking so we had to make another batch of Ondeh-ondeh. I learnt that Ondeh-ondeh can be very easy and can be very hard.I love to mix the dough as it has a nice feeling.I also learnt how to make the dough.<br>3.The problem i faced during the lesson is that i was wasting lots of time on dough .My partner and I did not have enough time to cook so we quickly put a little bit of feelings into the Ondeh-ondeh and quickly put in the boiling water therefore the Ondeh-ondeh has very little feeling.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. The difficulties i faced when i was boiling the ondeh ondeh was that it was hard to tell if it was ready or not.<br>2. To overcome this difficulty, i took one out as a sample to try if the inside of the ondeh ondeh was cooked. <br>3.What i discovered about boiling was that it is very easy to over cook it especially if i do not watch it carefully.<br>4.The appearance and taste of my ondeh ondeh was that it was too sticky and the filling inside was abit too little and the taste was not strong enough.<br>5. To improve, I will find out more about boiling online and i will try to cook it at home too.</div>]]></description>

I overcomed it by being gentle when lowering the ondeh into the water without dropping it in. 4. I discovered that boiling food is fast and bubbles will appear when boiling. It is also hot and dangerous.&nbsp; 3. The ondeh ondeh was covered in coconut flakes. It tasted sweet and was a bit chewy. Without the coconut flakes, the ondeh ondeh looked slimy and wet. 1.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Nathaniel Teh (26)<br>1.The difficulties I faced when I was boiling the food is that the ondeh ondeh kept on sticking to the ladle when I was trying to lower it into the pot of boiling water.&nbsp;<br>2.When I was boiling the ondeh ondeh, the water was very hot and I tended to drop the ondeh ondeh pieces into the water, making it splatter everywhere, almost burning me.<br>3.The ondeh ondeh tasted alright and was quite sweet because of the gula melaka filling, although it was quite doughy as my partner and I could not make the ondeh ondeh dough as accurate to its ingredient measurements as possible.<br>4. To improve the ondeh ondeh,we can:<br>1) Leave the ondeh ondeh in the boiling water for a little longer to ensure that the ondeh ondeh's gula melaka filling has had enough time to melt inside of the ondeh ondeh.<br>2)Place more gula melaka chunks into the ondeh ondeh to make it sweeter.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The difficulties i face is when the ondeh ondeh kept sticking to the ladle when i put the ondeh ondeh into the boiling water.<br>To overcome this difficulty, i added some flour to the ladle so it would not stick.<br><br>I discovered that<br>1)  the water cannot be too hot when putting the ondeh ondeh in<br>2) if the ondeh ondeh rise up, it does not mean it is totally cooked<br>3) we should not put in the ondeh ondeh until the water is totally boiled<br><br>The ondeh ondeh we made did not look like a circle shape, but it was quite soft and it tasted quite nice and it was quite soft and chewy <br><br>We should only put the ondeh ondeh in the water when its totally boiled and we should leave the ondeh ondeh inside the water awhile after it rises up</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>2/3.the difficulties when making the ondeh ondeh/what did u do to overcome this  :when me and matthias was making the ondeh ondeh  ,we had to boil the water unfortunately we did not know how adjust the fire so we set the fire at max and we were to scared to put the ondeh ondeh into the water and we threw it inside and the hot water splashed on me. samuel and daniel helped us adjust the fire and we used the spatula to lower the ondeh ondeh to prevent  spillage.<br>what you discover bout boiling to check if thehis burnt,u need only a certain  amount of heat or else the ont easily,and the potcenters the heat.<br>4, i could have been more attentive during lessons,and my partner and i should have coperated more with my partner<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The difficulties I faced was that the stove broke, we changed the location of the stove to overcome that problem.<br>I discovered that boiling takes very little time and that the water is very hot. When the food is ready, it will usually float.<br>The taste and texture is sweet and smooth.<br>Two things I would recommend is that when you put the sugar in, secure it tight and dont take it out upon boiling.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Matthias Ang { 13 } The difficulty i faced is that i could not make the shape of the pancake to be a circle.&nbsp; I overcomed the problem by putting my hand into a still position and the mixture naturally created the shape of a circle. I found out that if you overheat the pancake it will stick to the pan making it harder to scoop up. I also found out that the pancake will heat up relatively fast. The pancake will become smooth too. The pancake was round and big, tasted plain and the texture is smooth. I would add more flavour to the pancake and watch the pancake closely so that it would not overheat.<br><br></div>]]></description>
