  • Prepare a short bio or introduction of yourself to announce on the ESU's website and to the Hacks who you are, why you are joining this organisation and what will be your role.
  • Set up your mail, computer and desk. Get comfortable!
  • Discover the space and the building. 
  • Start using the staff time tracking system. 
  • Ask for the card and the key to the office. 
  • Share and subscribe to team members calendars. 
  • Read the Human Resources Policy (to be updated, I believe). And here. 
  • Vaccinated?
  • Sign the updated contract with the provisional NIS number.
