Step 1:

Next, In another bowl, mash the bananas until they become puree. After that, pour this puree into the bowl where you have the butter and sugar mixture and mix it all together.

Thirdly, add the flour to the banana cake batter little by little and without stopping to stir. Once integrated, add baking powder, vanilla essence and eggs, and continue beating until the result is a smooth, creamy dough.

 

Step 4: 
Then, pour the mixture into a pre-flour baking tin and bake the homemade banana cake for one hour at 170ºC Depending on the power of your oven, it may take a little less, so you need to be on your watch and see what's really done. To do this, brush the homemade banana cake with a stick and if it comes out clean it is ready.

Step 5:
Finally, once made, remove the cake from the oven, let it cool down and then grind it out. Banana is a fruit that contrasts very well with the taste of chocolate, so you can decorate the homemade banana cake with chocolate sauce or even with a white chocolate cover.
