Blockchain can be used to propel an economy into a flourishing state. Based of of Matt's presentation, this can be very helpful for both property rights and just the overall economy of these different places. Corrupt government is also an issue because of how they are run, it destroys the overall growth of the countries economy.

It is necessary to have the right to free speech, the right to defend yourself in some legal or physical (if needed) way, and a system or government to ensure fair trial chances of success. Property rights or entailed in my second point, because they do matter when defending your own property and livelihood. I believe that an individual's skill in the marketplace depends how they have access to it, which could possibly be determined at birth. So I agree and disagree. Blockchain gives access to the poor in theory, but they might not have the standard materials needed to even access Blockchain, so it works hypothetically but it would take time for it to work in the way it is mentioned.

In my view, Life, Liberty, and Property are the fundamental building blocks on which a society should be built to be fair, inclusive, and just. I include property because, as Matt's presentation made clear, it can be used as leverage to gain economic standing in a credit agreement. This also goes hand in hand, however, with the destruction of usury laws. It is my contention that in places where property can potentially not cover the full collateral of the loan that is needed, higher rates must be allowed in order to ensure access to capital that seems to elude those less advantaged in a society.

The quote concerning economic differences is sound.

Frankly, I don't think that a free, inclusive, and just society would be without any of our rights but for the sake of this question I believe that the freedom of speech, religious expression, and property would be key in this case. Property is one of my most important rights because I believe that a right to property creates a sort of order in a society. It establishes a rhyme and reason, a guide for those to govern by.

Referring back to the "no place to call home" article, these people worked for their houses. Just because their house is a slum doesnt mean the government can force you out and destroy your house. They want the land to do whatever they want with it and this isnt morally right.
