There is a lack in a priority for education, since after primary school, it is not mandatory to students to attend school in most Southeast Asian countries, and many children past primary school age are expected to find work to support their families or help out by doing household chores. As a consequence to that and the lack of transportation, there are less students going to school and more people dropping out after only a few years of basic education. 

 Another factor that affects children's education is that most of them live in rural areas far from schools and institutions. With more reliable transportation, which would allow those students to get to school without having to walk for hours, that problem could change and more students may continue on to education past primary school, which would help them get a more secure job in the future without having to depend on agricultural jobs

By creating this government transportation system, students won't have to walk miles to get to school.

Thus, students will take less time to go to school and come back home.
