The setting has to be in a classroom. 

- Bench: Sam and Katie eat lunch on a bench
- Play area: A section of the room in which parts of the play, in which the kids are playing, will be. The area will contain a plastic treasure chest that contains toys such as jump ropes
- Shelf: A small shelf that is used to define different areas of the classrooms
- Parachute: There is a scene where Sam and Katie are playing with one of those really large circular sheets in which it is lifted up by the kids and when you bring it down, it creates air waves and the kids find that cool (in case you don't know what it is)
- White board: Teacher has to write down things, also just helps signify the setting
- Sharing Circle Carpet: This helps identify the age group of the kids, because kindergarten classrooms (at least the one I was in) is the only class in which there is a Sharing carpet
- Two Home Phones: Sam and Katie talk to each other about the party when they are at home
- Happy Birthday Balloons: Small balloons that help signify that they are now in a party
- Superman costume: Sam dresses up as a superman
- Cowboy Costume: Katie dresses up as a cowboy
- Jack-o-lanterns: Helps the audience know that it is Halloween
- Slip of paper: This is the girlfriend contract that is given to Katie

This innocent feeling environment allows us to shock the audience with funny sexual innuendos that the audience will not expect because the characters are in kindergarten and in kindergarten, kids do not know why the things they are saying is inappropriate. I want the audience to feel the energetic atmosphere, as kindergartner's are very energetic and say how they feel without thinking of the other peoples feelings.
