I really like the working environment because having a very cool supervisor and as a my boss in the department business office. Furthermore, there are a lot of seniors who are really sporting and very helpful to me when I need their help.
The first task I need to do is to batch and sort all the invoices involved by the company and insurance organisations. This is because it is more convenient to send the invoices to the parties who are also debtors to pay their bills.
As a new employee, I am very careful in doing the job because to avoid any mistakes.
Here I can learn a little to manage invoices from a large organization like the Tropicana Medical Center.

I have learned how to read and analyse the data. As example, there are 2 type of GL which is came from the insurance and the corporate sector. Those GL will help the patients (customers) to ensure all the bills that the patients have to pay will be paid. At least those GL can reduce the patients’ burden to pay a lot of money. Basically every treatment in the hospitals do not matter any country or states in this world, it will highly cost surely. So, for the future in my life, I want to ensure that I also would like to have my own insurance so that in any case it will be cover for me.

But, I learned something that I really must practice it. It is to handle the stress with a smile. At my department workplace, it was very busy department because of like Mr Mustaqim said, our department is the last department before all the invoice can be send to the debtor. So in order to make the debtors to pay all the bills, our department staff aka my senior colleagues will make the phone calls to the 40 debtors per day. I saw someone feel like stressed with the people on the phone call, but they handle it with smile and make the stress situation at that time like nothing serious and never happen. If I were them, surely I will feel really tired and give up but starting from today I learned for not to give up and keep smiling to handle the stress.
