         <description><![CDATA[<div>is for young girls in elementary school. It helps them to become stronger, smarter and bolder. Volunteers work with girls in class and supervising recess. There is a short orientation and tour on site before starting. Volunteers support staff in preparation and facilitation of workshops, classes, activities and field trips. Students do not have to stick to agencies on the Pre-Approved Lists and can find other agencies that fit the requirements of the respective projects.</div>]]></description>
