I enjoyed the collaborative planning of the overview - keeping it fast paced but open for discussion. Doing this in preparation for each unit will set us up well.

Some big changes could use more time to be implemented and would have been useful before the year started rather than establishing routines and then having to change them.

Last Tuesday (14th) was amazing for collaborative planning together. Would it be possible once a month to have period 9 covered and we have the best part of two hours together to plan together?
