2. We thought it would be a more light-hearted, comedy movie but it looks more tragic than we first believed upon seeing the trailer. The title makes a lot more sense now as well

My interpretation was very similar to the film, however I understand more about the context of the events and character dynamics (ie. we now know that the older man is quadriplegic and is surrounded by people who do not trust the younger man caring for him at his most vulnerable).

No, there are no differences between the trailers. The English subtitles provide extra context for those who cannot comprehend all the French dialogue, but the content remains unchanged.

2. The trailer mostly confirmed my interpretation of the style, mood and themes of the film, although I didn't expect as many comedic elements.

3. Omar Sy has more colloquial and less solemn dialogue than François Cluzet. He also speaks with less confidence.

4. I think themes of class difference, friendship, acceptance of who one is and possibly racism will be explored in this film.

With the English trailer, as native English speaks we could understand each line therefore adding more clarity on the relationship between the two main characters whereas in French we only got the over arching ideas.
2. Yes it has changed.  I assumed that the movie was more of a drama and less comedic scenes.
3. The carer hired was much more relaxed and had not very (what is considered) to be 'proper' pronouciation whereas the quadriplegic was more formal (both in clothing and language used).
