We can use information systems to achieve greater customer intimacy by creating a website or mobile app. Next, the information system allows us to record the customer’s preference. Besides that, information system allows customers to choose products based on their liking such as brand of the car, colour of the car, body parts of the car, types of engine, size of the tyre rims and many other attributes as a car manufacturer and distributor worker/company to achieve greater customer intimacy.
