The birth rate is the number (or percentage) of people born in a specific population in a given amount of time. Between Canada, Eritrea and Japan, Eritrea is the country with the highest birth rate, standing at about 6.7% (M) and 6.5% (F) (13.2% combined). Japan is the country with the lowest birth rate, standing at only 1.7% (M) and 1.6% (F) (3.3% combined). For all three of those countries, males have a higher birth rate than females, with about a 0.1-2% difference between the both.

Eritrea is the country with the lowest life expectancy, standing at about 0.4-0.0% (M) and 0.5-0.0% (F) (0.9-0.0% combined). This time, females have a higher life expectancy than males for all three countries, with about a 0.1-6% difference between the both.

Not all countries are the same, and the main reason is because of the direction each country would consider growing in, which could become either beneficial or not depending on where its future generations bring it in. The reason for the growth difference in countries include historical formation of resources, royalty, law, rights, politics and more that sort of shape a country's sociality, economy, and identity. That shape is never the same in any country, as just like us people, no one would want to be the same. Due to that, each country would have differences in different ways, which includes its birth rate, life expectancy, and dependency load.

Why do we care? Why is all of this information important or why would we want to take a wise look?

If you wonder about future generations, the expectancy of the effect and population gain/loss of the future is determined through the life expectancy and birth rate of a country. At the same time, you could also do the same thing if you're a wonderer of the past, by checking previously recorded information from the past years. This information can also be beneficial for the country itself as well, as if the population had a negative impact on the country either at the time or in the future, the country could take further action based on the already-observed information they have taken.
