It is strongly suggested that you bring the  following items if you have them available:

Valid State ID/Drivers License and Social Security Card
OR
Valid Passport

Mortgage or Rent statement
Household Paystubs (if currently working)
Proof of Social Security Benefits if you receive them

4) Will the customer be able to work in a Competitive, Integrated Employment setting?
