By doing so, we would be able to convey how we are feeling and thinking, but, of course, sometimes we fail to understand what they are telling, especially if it is non-verbal, which now miscommunication would enter. 


A personal experience of this is when we are in our schools, as we all sometimes know, the students could be noisy, playful, and busy with what we are doing. So one time, we were decorating our classroom for our Christmas party; some were inside, and some were also in the hallways. Our teacher came and sat down, and we continued doing our thing. Little did we know she already felt disrespected because we assumed that it was okay. After all, she didn’t even say something when she entered. She just sat down and observed us. That’s when miscommunication entered. We assumed it was okay when she was waiting for us to talk to her since it was her time in our class, and it was our fault for miscommunicating with her.
