I watched a movie with sister's named ' Your Name' it is an anime.

YES DAY - for yes day I had done a few home chores at my house and also helped my mother in some of the works like watering the plants.

Here are is one beautiful picture of my plant giving friuts ( lemon ) .

The art form which I explored was Manga art which is mostly used to create anime and the character which I drew is your father from the spy×family.

While a yesterday I also had a digital Detox day so that I can keep myself away from any device by being busy in some of the other things and whenever I had any free time I would draw instead of having any screen time.

Watching Frozen, Sing 1 and 2 and Inside out 1 and 2 from the list given. Also watching some of the Harry Potter movies.

Reflection prompt - I enjoyed the digital detox day but I prefer using devices because you can do a lot with them that you may not be able to do offline mad they help you to use your time faster and more efficiently.

Keeping a gratitude journal and filling it daily.

Cleaning and organising my room

Using -

• 1 small plastic bottle

• 2 wooden spoons

• 1 piece of thread

Physical activity - for physical activities I walk daily for 1 to 2 km a day and also do rope skipping every alternate day to keep myself energized. (I only showed my self walking a few steps as I can't upload any video wich is more than 1 minuets.

Cleaning my room and organising most of the books in my room.

Build something from Waste -

I build a plant pot using a plastic bottle and planted a ' Money plant ' inside it and the plant is growing normally and it is turning out beautiful. 🌱

I have almost read 1/4 of the book, and it is going really interesting for me till now.

How do I use these are: I close my eyes and pick up a card and whatever it says I have to do it which the time limit given

My parents feedback was : something I get frustrated while doing things which I don’t want to so I have to learn how to control my emotions

Parent's Feedback- Adi struggled to say "YES" for everything in the morning but by afternoon he got used to this and surprisingly in the evening he finished all his assigned work without any reminder.

For family connect moments I had played board games with my family and also had my father telling his childhood stories. ( could not upload the picture due to technical glitches)

For mindfulness I did meditation for at least 5 to 6 minutes every morning to be more calm every morning.

I rename it as "The Unstoppable Papale!"

Floating on water felt like magic! ✨ It was so fun and relaxing. I saw some older people struggle, but we kids did it like pros! 😎🙌

I have added a new piece called

The WIZARD.

This piece can teleport or switch places

with any piece.

But it can only move after 5 turns have

been played and can't kill the Queen and

the Rook but it can kill 1 Bishop and 1 Knight

also it can't checkmate The King.

It can only move a total of 7 times.

(I got this idea from HARRY POTTER
