The best advice I can give is:

Do the self paced trainings that Google provides.
Go into the different parts of the Google Suite and build and mess around with the features.

I passed my Google Certification on my second attempt. My contribution would be to let those that struggling know that yes, this test is difficult. Take a lot of notes on every single step that the videos talk about! They will test you on small details.

I went through the fundamentals training over the summer and took the test. I made a dang 78%!!! So close to passing! I'm going through the same training again and hope to pass the second time.

I am realizing that there are a lot more google features than I realized and while I do feel confident in the basic programs (Docs, Drive, Sheets, Slides, and Videos) I do not know the ins and outs of the others. I am taking the ai generated tests and going to have to familiarize myself with more of the tools.
