1 cup of heavy cream
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup of sugar
In a medium saucepan, mix milk and cream. Warm until foam forms around the edges. Remove from heat.
In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar until frothy. Gradually pour the warm milk into the egg yolks, whisking constantly. Return mixture to saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon until the mixture gels slightly and coats the back of the spoon. If small egg lumps begin to show, remove from heat immediately.Pour the mixture through a sieve or fine strainer into a bowl. Cover, and chill for several hours or overnight. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker, and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. Transfer to a sealed container, and freeze until firm. If the gelato is too firm, place it in the refrigerator until it reaches the desired consistency.

Most stadiums today have been patterned like the Coliseum.  Italy has a lot of art, it is said to have more masterpieces per square mile than any other country. In WWI Italy part of the ally forces and in WWII they were part of the Axis power. Italy has more earthquakes and volcanos than any other country in Europe. America was named after an Italian name Amerigo Vespucci who was a map maker for Christopher Columbus. In Venice the only way to travel is by boat. Most last names of Italians that live in the south end in "O" (Parco). 63% of Italy's income comes from tourists. 90% of Italians are Roams Catholics. Italy produces some of the best super cars. It Milan it's a law that you have to smile at all times except at funerals and hospital visits.
