Being a HUMSS student, our welfare does not end at humans but also extends to animal life. This location is near a marine life sanctuary in Iloilo City, where the lives of many fish, corals, and other sea creatures are protected.

Two of our subjects in the HUMSS strand are Creative Writing and Creative Nonfiction. This activity was a workshop that served as a tool for enhancing the skills that I have picked up from those two subjects.

Another one of our subjects in the HUMSS strand is Introduction to World Religions and Belief Systems. I am a Catholic and visit church regularly every Sunday to attend Mass.

In the HUMSS strand, having plenty of long readings is very common. Visiting the library allows me to discover more about the specific topics of these said readings.

Lastly, as a HUMSS student, I place value on the pursuit of knowledge. So, in a new chapter of my life, I will be stepping into the University of the Philippines to continue my studies, further pushing the boundaries of my knowledge.
