(otherwise someone is committing a crime)<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>  1)What is private browsing and why should you use it?<br>Private browsing, privacy mode or incognito mode is a privacy feature in some web browsers disable browsing history and the web cache This allows a person to browse the Web without storing local data that could be retrieved later.  We need it because in Incognito Mode, Chrome won't keep track of the pages we visit, the data entered forms, or any searches we submit. It won't remember what files we download, but those files will stay on computer after we close the Incognito window. <br>  2) How do you turn on private browsing in the Internet Explorer?</div><div>To launch In Private Browsing in Internet Explorer, click on Settings &gt; Safety &gt; In Private Browsing. You can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+ Shift+ P to launch it.
