My parents expected me to get good grades, stay on top of my homework, and overall learn as much as I can. They were never hard and strict, it came easy to me to learn and preform well. These people who shaped my life including family, coaches, friends, and teachers were all motivating and kind. I never struggled in school and for the most part it was easy for me to learn. I can only listen and learn but it maybe different for a student who did not have as much motivation and or positive influential role models to look up to.
