This could lead to paranoia and fear between citizens as they have no choice but to obey the Bolsheviks to keep them safe from the White Armies. Civil unrest may occur due to those who is lack of understanding and idea of their representatives. As for the Russians with this idea, may only want the leaders who claimed to be fully Russian to be the one who represents them. The treaty was as well made by one person’s opinion, yet they’re still not a communist state to not have the people’s objection if there were any.
