Our sales person, Shimah took us to the hotel and showed us the accommodation that available at this hotel. we also introduced to the staff  management. After that, we divided each task . i was assigned to the front  officer with Farizul. There have four type of receipt such as voucher entitles for breakfast, advance deposit, refund/ paid out, and miscellaneous.. 
For voucher entitles for breakfast, every guest will get this voucher for their breakfast. Each group will get two set breakfast for two person. For guest that want to add on breakfast for other person, they need to pay RM10 for 5 untill 12 years old, RM15 for 12 years above and free breakfast for above 5 years old.  
For advance deposit receipt, it use for guest that pay deposit for their room before they check in. 
For refund receipt, the reset is use for refund money or balance of the deposit to the guest after check out.
For miscellaneous, it also use for guest that request extra bed and they book the room as  day use  guest.
