         <description><![CDATA[<div>Kevin Hamann<br>1. Silence is very important for me to focus, a lack of sound dramatically improves my ability to work.<br><br>2. Clear Thinking is difficult to achieve when you have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder but when I take a moment to relax it can and will improve my focus.<br><br>3. Remaining Positive is absolutely necessary. Becoming depressed or frustrated limits me greatly. Sometimes it is best to stand, take a breather and reflect before going back to work.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Three things that help me focus:<br><br>1. A quiet environment. I don't work well with a lot of noise or chatter, so I need a quiet space to allow me to work at my best and&nbsp; focus.<br><br>2. Keeping busy. My mind wanders at times so I find if that happens I'll doodle or do some walking around to help regain my focus.<br><br>3. Leaving my phone at home or turned off. Won't do it all the time as it's something I need for work, but if it's not easily accessible or just outright off I won't be as distracted by notifications and such things.<br><br>Matt Gustafson</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The three things that help me focus the most when I'm trying to work are:<br>1. Turning the notifications on my phone off really helps me focus. I don't turn it completely off because I do need music to help me focus but if I can see that I'm getting messages then I'll check those instead of working.&nbsp;<br>2. Being in a classroom or sitting in a chair at a table or desk is something that I need to really be able to focus because it helps me remember that I have work to work on and that it's more important than my surroundings.<br>3. Having something to look forward to is a huge motivator for me and really helps me to stay focused because I discipline myself by not letting myself do things that I want to do until I get my work done.&nbsp;<br>Emelie Eriksson</div>]]></description>
