Each year we are receiving more and more students who come with little to no English Language. I feel they are currently just "thrown to the wolves" with the hope they will grasp on quickly. This also places a huge burden on our bilingual students. This often creates a very stressful and overwhelming situation. They need a list of what all is required in a classroom. Several districts in our area have done away with these polices. Most students are accustomed to seeing these things regularly. Most staff feel this policy is more of a personal feeling towards tattoo and not necessarily a professional one.
