I was supporting my good friend Gracie about her problems, I’ve been listening and she’s been telling me what triggers her. I have supported Gracie by giving her some advice and making her feel better and make her laugh

Another piece of evidence that he helped someone is when I have made people feel better at dance competitions before going on stage to do their dance. I did this by reassuring them and making them laugh and taking there mind of it before they go on stage

One example of me working in a team is when we worked as a group to come up with non-verbal communication techniques for interviews, to help our peers. This required us working in a group of 4 and coming up with some PowerPoint slides of the positives and negatives.

Another example would be at dancing when we do group dances and we have to work as a team to get good results at competitions. I give team talks before we perform our dance to boost everyones motivation and work hard in the dance because I am a team player

another example of me doing teamwork is when me and some others had to come up with a game in fitness and make a mind map planning the session, this required us to talk to each other and give each other roles in the game in order for it to run smoothly. we also had to decide how the game was going to run and come to conclusions with eachother

one bit of evidence where I show motivation is that I have a part time job and go to college full time. this is motivation because I am at college 4 days a week and work at weekends. I also dance a few days a week all for lots of hours which takes a lot of energy and motivation.

Another piece of evidence of times I was motivational would be the other day at dance competitions my friends was upset because she forgot the dance and I reassures her and gave her some motivation to be able to go on stage again and re do her dance. This helped her as she felt much better after.

A third piece of evidence of a time I was motivational was the other week when my friend was being anxious about doing her presentation in front of the class. I gave her some motivation and reassured her that the presentation was nothing to worry about and I helped her throughout it.

One time where I have been a reliability is when someone doesn't turn up to their shift at work and so they ask me to come in instead. This shows I'm a reliability because they know I will show up to a shift.

A second piece of evidence of a time i have been reliable is this upcoming weekend at a dance competition i have been asked to come in at 8:30 in order to read numbers out in front of an audience because they needed someone reliable last minute because the women that usually does this is ill and can not come.

A third time I have been reliable is when I have showed up to all of my work shifts on time and have never been late or missed one without previously warning that i wouldn't be there. This makes me reliable as i am consistently on time.

Something I have done that has shown social responsibility is by turning up to all of the lectures during crime & justice week. This shows my social responsibility because I sat and listened to other peoples life story about sensitive topics and was sensible and sensitive towards the topic.

I have volunteered my help at my dance school doing music for dance exams and helping write for my dance teacher judging at competitions. I have also had to announce numbers on stage infront of an audience at competitions in order to help out my dance teacher. All of this is unpaid work and also gave me experience.

I have helped raise money for charity’s like air ambulances by donating clothes for them to sell and raise money, I have gotten involved in fundraising activities to help raise money for children in need and comic relief.

One example of me showing leadership in public services would be when I did my presentation in front of the class. This shows leadership because I had was in charge of the class and my PowerPoint and showed confidence whilst showing leadership.

A second example of being involved in leadership would be during Jazz's lesson when we had to work in a group together and work together to come up with our ideal leader. This shows leadership as each person in the group took charge of something different which worked well.

My third piece of evidence was in tom greens fitness lesson when we played sports in the hall. we played badminton in groups and me and my teammate showed good leadership to the rest of the people in our group by suggesting where they could stand and helped them understand how to play.
