         <description><![CDATA[<div>Greece covered a small area, that was covered in Mountains and multiple islands and peninsulas which caused city-states to be separate. Mycenae was the first Greek state. Discovered by indo-Europeans .They had strong Monarchies. Then in the empire fell and Greece went into a dark age when food supply and population dropped. Then later in the dark age Homer writes the Iliad and the Odyssey. This include epic poems a lot about he trojan war. They were divided city-states had several different governments. Sparta and Athens were the most famous city states. Sparta focused a lot on military and strength and was an oligarchy. While Athens focused on intelligence and art and was a monarchy. Though serious political problems caused Athens to fall.</div>]]></description>
