My experience in past internships is good, but there are several points where they need to improve. I would like to be a teacher who cares about children's learning.

My biggest challenges are behavior management and time, and personally, dedication.

The practices I had in the classroom were some good and some very bad. Things I never imagined to happen. The idea I had about this career is very different from reality. There are many teachers in basic education that should not be there, they don’t teach and don’t give anything good to students. I want to be that teacher of change. That is what I wish the most, to give the best of me and be an agent of change.
