It is important to assess the process as well as the product. It’s always important to articulate your performance criteria so students understand your expectations and standards.  
2- I had to assess my fellow classmates in 3330 using a rubric. 
The article mentioned how students become unmotivated by working with those who don't do their share, I find myself in this predicament all the time.

- When you are assessing group work, depending on the objective of lesson, you may want to assess the group's process, final product or both.
- Process of the group work can be assessed in a number of ways such as the ability to generate ideas, listening to the different opinions, or distributing work equally.
 - It is important to discuss the group criteria with the students so they have a clear understanding of the teacher's expectations.
