SITUATION A
The suggestion for this obesity problem is that every person needs to engage in
physical exercise every day for at least one hour. This exercise assists us in maintaining a stable blood sugar level. As a result, people should have a medical checkup every six months or once a year to determine their health status, and if they have any health problems, we can cure them at an early stage.

SITUATION B
One solution to this problem is for students to learn how to manage their time. Students can make a timetable so that they can finish all of their assignments and work within the time given. This helps them avoid stress and allows them to relax so that students do not have to discontinue their studies.

SITUATION A

I recommend for the government conduct a campaign on food management and the dangers of obesity in life. Mostly, obese people do not know how to handle their eating patterns, and cause of that, obesity increases when people eat more calories than a normal person should take in a day. Awareness should be given to adults as a first step. Research shows that two out of three U.S. adults are obese. At the very least, we can reduce the percentage of obesity among adults and let them think wisely about their health.

SITUATION B

The suggestion to solve this problem is students should create study groups whether face-to-face or online. Students can discuss any study topic and complete their assignments together. In this way, the study will be more interesting and fun without experiencing pressure in education. Students should also take a break after completing their assignments to release tension. Playing video games or going outside to play soccer is another way to avoid stress. As the result, students can enjoy education despite facing any problems.

Situation A
We should change unhealthy cultural habits and lifestyle choices. In Malaysia, obesity is shaped more by ethnicity with higher obesity prevalence rates more evident among Indians and Malays than among Chinese. Malaysia's favourite traditional cuisine, nasi lemak sparked a debate over its effects on health. Oringinally nasi lemak used just rice and coconut milk source of carbohydrates, anchovies in shrimp paste source of calcium, cucumber source of vitamins and minerals and some hard- boiled egg source of protein. Hence, it was perfect dish for breakfast containing all the nutrients required to start a day

Situation B
I recommended the student join virtual learning communites. There are other parents who have been abruptly thrown into a virtual learning environment experiencing the same challenges you are. There are also students finding it hard to navigate e-learning. Join online platforms where you and your child can interact with people in the same predicament as you are. For instance, if your child is having challenges with their homeschool math curriculum you could look up virtual learning communities for the same and encourage them for actively participate.

SITUATION A
I propose that the government launch an awareness campaign about proper dietary management and the risks of obesity. The majority of fat people lack knowledge about managing their eating habits, and as a result, obesity rises when people consume more calories per day than a healthy adult should. In order to start, adults need be made aware. Two thirds of adults in the United States are fat, according to research. We can at the very least lower the percentage of obese adults and encourage them to make informed health decisions.

SITUATION B
Students should form study groups, either in-person or online, as a solution to this issue. Any academic topic can be discussed, and students can work on tasks together. Studying in this method will be more enjoyable and engaging without feeling under pressure at school. After finishing their assignments, students should relax by taking a break. Another method of reducing stress is to play video games or go outside and play soccer. Students can therefore benefit from their education despite any challenges.

SITUATION A
The suggestion solve obesity is schools can support students' physical well-being by providing them with chances to eat well and keep active outside of the classroom. Schools can stop selling unhealthy meals and add better food options to their cafeteria menus to enhance nutrition. Schools should create secure paths for students to walk or bike to school and can encourage active recess time to increase activity. Wellness initiatives for faculty and staff can play a significant role in enhancing the learning environment by promoting both faculty and staff health and school-wide enthusiasme for initiatives that focus on students.

SITUATION B
According to many research, online learning requires more time from students than traditional learning does to complete a course. This is merely due to the fact that a student in an online classroom will be unable to speak with the instructor directly whenever a problem may arise. Instead, in order to communicate with the instructor, the student would have to only rely on various technical or virtual channels like emails and messaging software. It would take longer than normal to complete duties including learning the specifics of assignments, responding to questions, submitting those assignments, and many others. Students might not be able to keep up with the increased workload of homework as a result. This is why it is advised that students choose.

The school can also emphasize a balanced diet for children

SITUATION B
My suggestion is that every subject should have group work to ease the burden faced by the students. The government should seek to improve public access to establishments and public locations where such activities can take place.

SITUATION B

As students, I believe we should create a daily schedule that divides study time, assignment completion, and other activities. Some students may believe that the daily timetable has little effect, even if the outcome is the same. This is due to the fact that the majority of students are disobedient and disciplined in following their own daily routine. When creating a daily timetable, we should divide the proper time into each item. Furthermore, we must ensure that we can implement and stick to the timeline. . Furthermore, as students, motivation is critical to remaining mentally and physically passionate and energetic. This is significant since it ensures that we remain dedicated to completing assignments and attending online classes. The government can encourage healthy food options, tax unhealthy foods, and fund health education and physical activity programs. Together, we can work towards reducing obesity and improving overall health.

SITUATION B

One of the main challenges that students are facing today is the shift to online learning. With the ongoing pandemic, many schools and universities have had to adapt to this new format, leaving students feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from their peers and instructors. To help reduce this problem, I recommend that schools and universities invest in better online platforms and tools that will allow for more interactive and engaging learning experiences. This can include things like virtual classrooms, online discussion forums, and video conferencing software. By providing students with more interactive and engaging online learning experiences, they will be more likely to stay engaged and motivated to continue their studies.

Another challenge that students are facing is the pressure to complete assignments before the due date. With so many assignments and projects to complete, it can be difficult for students to stay on top of everything and meet their deadlines. To help solve this problem, I recommend that schools and universities provide more resources and support for students to help them manage their time and stay organized. This can include things like tutoring services, study groups, and time management workshops. By providing students with the tools and resources they need to manage their time and stay organized, they will be more likely to succeed in their studies.

Just like school, the school also play play an important role of children eating habits and an inactive lifestyle. Balanced nutrition for children can also be emphasised in schools.

SITUATION B
The best way that I suggest to solve a student's problem when they face a lot of challenges in their studies is for students to do some revision and practise every day because that can help students improve in their studies.

Situation A
In this case, I recommend that parents should change their own eating habits and lifestyle. Why do I say so? This is because parents are the closest people to their children, and their lifestyle and eating habits may be influenced by those around them. In order to prevent children from becoming obese, parents can start by changing their own eating habits and lifestyle. For example, parents must be role models for their children. They can go for morning jogs with their children every day, reduce their intake of greasy food and skip midnight snacks. Under the influence of their parents, children will start to control their eating habits and lifestyle for their own health over time to avoid obesity.

Situation B
According to the above situation, I suggest that students can draw up a timetable. Today's students are busier with their studies than in previous years and often face the problem of insufficient time. With that, the time arrangement is important. For example, when drawing up timetables, students can mark activities with closer deadlines first to indicate priority. With this way, students will not miss out any assignment and they have extra time to do their favorite things or activities. This increases the motivation of students to study and prevents them no longer to withdraw from their study.

SITUATION A

For this situation, my suggestion is to try to replace your habit while eating, like eating more slowly. Before this, you are always rushing to finish your food because you need to do other work. Then you need to hurry up. Did you know that if you always do that, it will affect your health and make you obese in a short time? That is because your food will not digest well and make your stomach sick, and the fat will not be absorbed carefully. The nutriet of food also you cannot get it. So you just gain weight and not nutrition from that food. That is why it is really important to eat slowly. Apart from that, eating slowly is also the sunnah of Allah's Prophet Muhammad, and as Muslims, we can get the benefit if we follow the sunnah.

SITUATION B

I think for this situation, my suggestion is that the student having the problem needs to take a break if they feel very down. For a break, they need to forget for a while their problem with doing the things that they like to do, such as their hobby. When they take a break, they can release their tension, and when their condition gets better, they will continue to solve it. Apart from that, as a student nowadays, they should learn step by step how to master technologies. In this age, people will use technologies in everything. So we need to try to adapt to it with all our hearts; it's okay to take a long time as long as we can solve it the right way. For the conclusion, everything needs to be learned before mastering something new; if you are too tired to face it, just take a break, but do not stop what you are learning because success will come along with the big challenges.

SITUATION A
My recommendation to reduce the problem of obesity among Malaysians is to take care of food intake, especially carbohydrate and sugary foods such as rice and sweets. This is because when it is taken too much it will not be converted into energy but stored as fat. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the intake of sugar, oil and carbohydrates in food and follow the food pyramid. Then the body becomes healthier and has enough nutrients.

SITUATION B
My suggestion for dealing with students' problems nowadays is to plan time properly by making a self-study schedule and assignments that need to be completed.

SITUATION A

First , the solution that should be applied to reduce obesity among society in Malaysia is making a good dietary choice. As we know individuals of different ages and activity levels have diverse calorie needs. The extent to which we consume of a certain sort of food, for example, leafy foods which are fruits and vegetables, ought to rely on upon ones calorie requirement . On making a good dietary choice, we should start from the early stage . The steps that should be done in the early stage is breast feeding. Breastfeeding has been indicated to ensure against obesity in later years . Furthermore, parents should encourage their children to consume plant-based nourishment, for example, carrots, cabbage and watermelon and choose fish and chicken as a protein source.

SITUATION B

In my opinion , we should make use of communication platforms.

*Situation A*
Malaysia is one of the countries with the highest obesity rate among children and adults in the Asian region with a record high of 23.7% of them suffering from obesity or overweight. This is caused by the nutritional factor which is the main contributor to the problem of obesity due to eating an unbalanced diet and lack of physical activity. Nutrition requires balance. Eating habits that are instilled since childhood, which means that children are overweight, will usually become obese or fat when they start growing up.

In addition, cultural factors are also one of the reasons that contribute to the increase in the problem of obesity in Malaysia. This is said because most of the popular foods in Malaysia are fried snacks and dishes that have a high fat content, besides there is not much variety in their food.
According to Ayam Brand Marketing Advisor, Nathan Deverre said consuming a balanced diet is important for children's development. He said, children really need Omega-3, which is a type of fatty acid important for brain and eye development that is not produced by the human body. My suggestion is that the authorities should hold a welfare campaign that aims to empower children to make their own food choices through interactive activities. This activity can help them identify important food groups, understand the amount of food and make smart decisions about nutritious food and shape the body positively.

*Situation B*
Life as a student certainly has many challenges. As a student and also a friend, I will help and give words of advice to him. In addition, I would also suggest that the student meet or contact his mentor to ask for his opinion and advice with the decision he has made before actually implementing it.

Situation A
In this situation, most of Malaysians spend their leisure time watching television, playing computer games, eating, idling or reading. However, going for exercise at the park or a gym is not part of the Malaysian culture. Lack of physical activities contributes the fact that Malaysia is the “Most Obese Country” in Asia, along with an already sedentary lifestyle.
It is common knowledge that public transport in Malaysia is not as good as it should be as Malaysians prefer to own a car to drive everywhere they go. Unfortunately, this can cause horrendous traffic congestion during peak hours and environmental pollution, as well as obesity. To curb these and get active, take every opportunity to walk to your lunch place, around your office, or walk up flights of stairs.

Situation B
Some unfortunately have family issues, a lack of support, or unexpected medical problems that are beyond their control.

Other students find school to be too stressful and are not sufficiently prepared.

In some cases, students are unhappy with their path of choice and are bored with the coursework, finding their studies to be a waste of time.

Many students get frustrated with their studies and convince themselves that they don’t need a degree, and in turn, will end up dropping out before completing their studies.
