         <description><![CDATA[<div>Positive:<br>Google Classroom for teacher announcements in relation to year groups has been a success.<br>Negative:<br>Lack of communication with Tutors &amp; Teachers in regard to suspensions, absences and covid cases.<br>Initials are causing a problem when relaying information.<br>Improvements:<br>A Universal Google Classroom updated daily with new information on students. This can be password protected if required.<br><br>Use second names of students when relaying information.<br><br>FINANCIAL RESOURCES<br><br>Consultation required with specialized staff before the purchase of equipment. SSE surveys, Leadership programs such as LIFT/Prefects.<br>Staff leadership- effective- encouraged but may not be empowered due to resources available.&nbsp;<br>Mentoring- effective. More teachers should be involved in mentoring. More support for new teachers, particularly those that are unqualified with no experience in classroom management.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
