         <description><![CDATA[<p>The flame produces color when a chemical is entered because the outer electrons of the ion gets exited by the energy level and jumps to a higher energy level, when they run out of energy and fall back to where they were, they fall back to the ground state there they lose an amount of energy they had and produce light. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Our unknown chemical was Lead (Pb2+). We knew it was that ion because of the color. The chemical Lead had a blue color similar to the flame. The Unknown chemical had the same color as Lead.</p>]]></description>
