Purpose: Help serve the community and learn business skills. 
Assessment: Pitch to investors to offer feedback, rubrics around product and process, business passing safety codes. Condition:  Zoom sessions will be scheduled throughout the week for ‘mini-lessons’ related to the experience, as well as joint work sessions to allow students to work together and share ideas.   
Exhibition: Exhibit for small business owners in community and investors, and target market.
Reflection: Digital reflection journal through google slidedeck to show process.
