Then in the ensuing week, we did a poster as a group about multiculturalism. We introduced a wide range of food and their background with their differences between they were in UK and other places in the world. For example, many Chinese restaurants have a certain degree of adjustment in taste in the UK. Chinese people who come to the UK will not be used to eating Chinese restaurants for there would be some localized ingredients in it. We also introduced the two-way impact between multiculturalism and food diversity which interested people a lot. This two-way impact included a variety of foods influenced by multiculturalism, as well as a variety of foods that gave this region a different character. Also, I learned a lot of new knowledge about ethnical groups such as their history, architecture and job prospect.
