I found your questions were well thought out and seemed to be getting the information you were seeking. I was impressed that none of the teachers were a 10 meaning emotionally exhausted and I do not believe all schools can say that. Students and teachers are generally satisfied with their school community and value relationships. I'm curious as to how your results may vary by grade. Right now my grade 12 students, and colleagues who teach grade 12, are emotionally drained. There is so much pressure for high marks (coming from the students themselves, their parents, universities/colleges, and then the pressure put on the teachers of these students from those stakeholders). It's a busy time of year for everyone, but that notwithstanding, I am curious to know how different grades might respond.
