This success in tobacco made us a lot of money and made us wealthier. Along with this, our settlers brought the slave trade in 1619 and we use them as a good source of labor for the purpose of our farming. Shipping of crops and slaves is a good business for our colonists because we can earn even more money without having to suffer to do the work. No slaves are harmed during this process; the slaves that work are just for our benefit, not personal hate to them.

There is a vast amount of fertile soil in our environment, making it an acceptable place to farm and plant new crops. Although our farms aren't excessively huge, the fertile soil allows large estates to be established which is even better! Using the James River, we are able to get items transported to our colony several times. This river also provides a lot of food, which is great for all seasons. Our farms are very successful, and because we have many trees in our environment, it's an effortless job for us to build several homes. They would elect representatives to the House of Burgesses which has 22 members and is our Fair government. The Virginia company elects 6 members to the Governor's council. Over Both of these legislative bodies was the Governor, whom was appointed in England and sent to represent the kind or queen. Our colony is so great because we have a self government and we don't need to pay taxes which is one of our biggest pros. This priority is required for all the colonists of Virginia, however, we're not strict about this. Having one religion is just easy to cope with, and makes life easier for all of us. This practice is just for our benefit, and just like how there are many religions for Christians, the church of England religion is what we follow. For this religion there is no official priest, meaning that we aren't controlled by anyone, but we still practice our religion efficiently. We weren't struggling financial wise, which is why many people remained in our colony and didn't abandon us midway. We also had no conflicts with the Native Americans, all our resolutions worked to our benefit, and theirs. We are great problem solvers, so we made a plan that was efficient for both groups. When the supply ship arrived in our colony, it was a sign that many materials that were transported would be beneficial for us, which is why no one was prepared to leave. All the goods really put things into perspective and made us wealthy during the shipping process.
