Paris is unarguably one of the most beautiful cities in the world, the capital of France, of art and of fashion.
The capital of France seems to have been designed specifically for the enjoyment of its visitors. Its streets, squares, buildings, gardens and monuments beckon tourists to return, and indeed, many do.
There are a thousand things to do and see in Paris and however much time you have here, it won’t be enough:

Climb to the top of the Eiffel Tower, stroll down the Champs Elysées, visit the Louvre, see many shows and exhibitions, or simply wander along the banks of the Seine...read in French in the Tuileries garden, and quite simply take the time to experience the Parisian way of life!
I like summertime in Paris. It's a prime time for festivals and great open-air events, and many of these, including the Paris Street Music Festival (Fete de la Musique), or the open-air cinema at the Villette park in the city's north, are entirely free. So are fun events like Paris Gay Pride and Bastille Day.

Music fans will love Rock en Seine, a 3-day rock festival on the western outskirts of the city.

The atmosphere is relaxed and carefree, and opportunities for great nightlife in Paris abound. Sprawl out and have a picnic at one of Paris's elegant parks and gardens or along the banks of the Seine or have an all-nighter by hopping between some great Parisian nightclubs.
If you are in Paris but crave some (modern) english flavor, Le Bal Café is your cup of tea. Located in a quiet area near Place de Clichy, this lovely cafe is run by a pair of former Rose Bakery cooks with an eye for detail.
