Para celebrar el día de la madre Tierra varios centros nos concentramos con nuestros alumnos y alumnas en este lugar y de esta unión ha surgido una iniciativa   para solicitar al Ayto. que  proteja estos paisajes agrícolas y se cree un parque etnologíco para niños y mayores.
 Es una utopía,  lo sabemos, pero debemos seguir soñando.

En nuestro caso, el río Guadarramilla a su paso por el término de Dos Torres arrastra los residuos procedentes de las granjas ganaderas vacunas del sector lácteo y la transparencia de sus aguas "brilla" por su ausencia.
La merma de encinas como consecuencia de la "seca" y, en muchas ocasiones, de aquellos ejemplares que se encuentran en las inmediaciones de las instalaciones ganaderas debido al exceso de nitrógeno que se encuentan en ellas.
Hemos analizado a través de un laboratorio la composición química de estas aguas y los resultados los tenemos expuestos en el cole.
