Andy Warhol uses different acrylics and oil paint to create portraits of every day people and celebrities.

He did a variety of different canvases and murals all over America with bright and contrasting colours his work also includes a theme of four square different paint and colour patterns.

He is known for doing the first original box art and promotional artwork for the transformers franchise from 1981 and beyond.

Date of Birth is unknown but his art can be found all over England. His is the most famous street artist in the world which is what he's known for, but no one knows him.

The picture you see now is the painting known as Balloon Girl, it was sold for $1.4 million and is my favourite work of his.

Theme: WHATUPRG talks about his upbringing in most of his songs, the struggles he has overcome through life and the things that he has achieved.

Elements: Despite being an artist in the hip-hop genre a lot of WHATUPRG’s songs branch out into other genres. He mixes English and Spanish frequently in his songs.

What do you like: I like how WHATUPRG covers a variety of topics in his songs. His songs can range from talking about social topics such as racism and immigration to personal topics such as love and anxiety. I also enjoy his upbeat songs which are purely made to be a happy song for people to enjoy.

Favourite piece: My favourite songs by him are ‘4AM’ and ‘NEED U’. I like how he covers the topics of immigration and the struggles he had growing up in ‘4AM’. In ‘NEED U’ I like how he talks about the confusion he sometimes feels and struggling to take action.

His art comes in all different sizes big and small , all with amazing attention to detail.

The theme he cared about was celebrity culture, immigration and law enforcement.

The best part about his work is the tone and texture and that's what I like in his work.

He has helped produce countless Nintendo games throughout the year, however, the games/characters that he designed consists of:

• Donkey Kong (his first ever official game with Nintendo)

• Mario Bros (most famous creation)

• The Legend of Zelda

• GiFTPiA (only released in Japan)

• Wii fit and Wii Music

My Opinion of his Work

I believe that Shigeru Miyamoto is truly a genius when it came to all of his creations with his ablity to create characters loved worldwide and to make an inpact on most people's (including my) childhoods.

My Favourite Piece of Work

My favourite piece of work has to be the creation of Mario Bros as it creates a lot of nostalgia for me. This is because, I grew up seeing these characters all my life and the development of new characters and existing characters is heart warming and inspirational. I couldn't imagine a world without the Mario characters being in it.

 I have learnt that Picasso was a very inspirational person as even though he had to go to an arts academy he dropped out to follow his dreams and that shows that anything is possible. He also was harassed by the Nazis in the second world war and keep going until he died of a lung congestion in 1973. Overall, he went through some sad times but kept gong with his dream and that is a very important lesson that everyone should follow.

His art can be small to medium with his his box art and bigger if posters or prints and even bigger as sometimes a whole room is his artwork.

The main theme of his work is robots or machines like transformers, mechanical dinosaurs, cars and the future. While some of his other work is based around superheroes or AI artwork of things.

I think the main formal element in his work is colour because his transformers works in particular are very vibrant and colourful. he also uses shape as the original transformers designs are quite polygon based.

I like his work because it is mainly to do with transformers which I love so seeing and knowing that it was him that designed and brought to life all of the known and loved transformer designs of today I find very cool.

My favourite artwork done by him is the one showed above because it is of my favourite transformer who is shockwave.

What materials does he use?

He used watercolour, oil and sometimes mixed paint with sand to add texture to his paintings. He also used linthography. He painted on canvas and sometimes on cardboard or paper. Overall, he mainly did oil on canvas.

His paintings were could rane from 20cm x 30cm to 110cm x 130cm.

The perception of a coming New Age is a common theme. He often referenced religion like Noah's Ark, Christ's resurrection or mythological experiences of death and rebirth.

What formal elements can be found in their work?

His artwoks developed from expressionism to more abstract art. He focuses on a descending series of circles, triangles, and squares. His abstract art has bright colours and geometric shapes with straight and wavy lines. The shapes often overlap. Some of his more simple atrworks are mad of just squareds or triangles

What do you like about his art?

Overall, I like abstract art. I like how it is simple but chaotic. I think the straight, black lines add emphasis to parts of the painting. I also like the combinations used in most of his paintings.

What is you favourite artwork?

I like Composition VIII and Yellow-Red-Blue but my favoutite is probably Blue (1922). This is because it is simple and I really like the colour combinations.

His works were typically quite large as they consisted of schools, tea rooms, houses and other buildings.

The designs of Mackintosh tend to have a simplistic and unorthodox theme. They incorporated basic shapes such as circles, hearts and lines, as well as natural features like flowers in a stylized form.

The most predominant formal art elements in Mackintosh's work are line, shape, form, colour, and pattern which are all clear through his unique designs.

What I like most about his works is the simplicity and uniqueness. Furthermore, I find that I like the look of old-fashioned, Victorian era art and architecture, especially in interior design.

My favourite work by Mackintosh is his entire design of Windyhill, a commissioned house in Kilmacolm, Scotland that was designed and furnished by him and his wife. I like the overall look of the house, because layout looks peaceful and the interior is quite homely.

Its a more deep, negative song compared to her others which are usually romantic, positive, groovy.

I learnt that he grew up in Scotland, where he also worked and lived in for most of his life. During his attendance at the Glasgow School of Art, he earned great success, especially in the building design competition. He also worked a lot alongside three fellow students, one of which he later married. After graduating, he was commissioned for a variety of buildings and spent several years designing and building things for people.

One surprising thing I learnt was that, although Mackintosh's work was popular in countries like Germany and Austria, he sometime struggled to find work in Scotland where he lived, since his architectural style wasn't appreciated as much. Despite this, he is celebrated posthumously for his unique designs.

My favourite from his original works is Winnie the Pooh because of its amazing storytelling, which I absolutely adored when I was younger.

Some of his key milestones include:

- Co-founded Laugh-O-Gram Studio (1920) and later Disney Brothers Studio (1923) with his brother Roy.

- Introduced Mickey Mouse in Steamboat Willie (1928) and innovated with Snow White (1937), the first Technicolor animated feature.

- Overcame financial challenges with hits like Cinderella (1950) and expanded into television with The Mickey Mouse Club.

- Opened Disneyland (1955), pioneering theme parks, and envisioned Walt Disney World before his death in 1966.

I also discovered a song featured TYLER THE CREATOR called 'SEE YOU AGAIN' which i know that i'd heard before, but finally got to hear the name. I really enjoyed it and this session has helped me discover new things about her career, her music and her experience through music.
