Through some communication, I knew that this is the first time for them to do the large scale of painting which is a little difficult for them. Following this issue, I need to learn what's the previous project they have done before the placement, so I could consider the scale or scheme. Besides, they also have less motivation on research to support their understanding in painting regarding techniques, details and developments.
