School should start later because what if kids didn´t get enough rest at night or what if they stayed up late doing a project for class. However if kids had a later school time they would be more energized , as a result they would be ready to learn. In addition if school starts later kids would have enough rest so there health would be better plus if there health is good they would be able to go to school more. Another reason for why school should start later is how the kids would have improved academic scores. As a result this is why school should start later, for kids to get more rest.

do you know how important money can be? some people either take money for granted or use it in non formal ways. on the bright side money can give you wealth and free will of purchasing sales. unfortunately money can be used in bad ways and can affect others. for me money has done a lot because I can buy food and more. if money falls in the wrong hand it can be used otherwise since people sometimes have unusual desires. lastly money can earn respect and worth from other people depending on what you did to earn that money. in conclusion this is why and how important money can be.

Overthinking is a real struggle sometimes, this causes most mental health issues and can be really challenging to face. One solution to this problem is writing down you thoughts, aka journaling! One of the three reasons I say this is because when your fighting the urge to show anger towards someone or even use some type of violence, instead of doing all that the better way is by taking out your anger on a piece of paper to prevent hurting someone. You can can also overcome overthinking by journaling everything that is in you mind, the results in this causes your mind to become more clear and less stressed to help you mentally. My final reason to support my claim about how journaling helps with overthinking & mental health is how you can feel a little more peaceful and more productive to start the day or even having a fresh restart. To sum it up, journaling is an amazing source for overthinking and starting fresh to help with your mental well being and health.
