Good morning. My name is Vinh Trinh Quang.

I work as a deputy manager in Technical Maintenance divison at Vietnam Aeronautical Information Centre, we call it VNAIC, a subsidiary of Vietnam Air Traffic Management corporation.

My main responsibilities include taking care the IT infrastructure of VNAIC, my role focus on some specific operation fields such as electronic Aeronautical information publication and relevant products, Map and charting publication, flight procedure design and Aeronautical database. I also act as a project manager for some projects of VNAIC and maintenance projects.

We work with a lot of stakeholders such as airlines, airports, civil aviation authorities, and other ANSPs.

Currently, I am focus on the operation of AIS IT field, deploying SWIM and centralized air traffic management database.

I am currently working at the Air Traffic Flow Management Center, which belong to Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation (VATM).

I hold the position of Deputy Director of the Flight Coordination Center.

Our main responsibilities include issuing flight permissions under the authorization of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam, implementing the daily air traffic flow management plans to relevant agencies and units, as well as monitoring and overseeing flight operations nationwide. At the same time, we coordinate closely with air traffic control units and military authorities under the Ministry of National Defence.

At present, we are focusing on projects to further develop Air Traffic Flow Management (ATFM) in Vietnam, aiming to ensure safer and more efficient flight operations.

Good morning everyone, My name is / THANG NGUYEN. I am female. I am the Head of/ Aeronautical Information Publication Department. I work in the role of/ Aeronautical Information Publication officer from 2019.

My main res'ponsibility is/ to 'provide infor'mation / related to avi'ation ope'rations and flight 'safety to 'pilots and air traffic con'trollers. The Meteorological Watch Office plays an important role in supporting safe and efficient air traffic operations in Viet Nam. As Deputy Manager, I work with my colleagues to monitor, analyze, and forecast hazardous weather phenomena that may affect flight operations. My center provides early warnings and advisories to ensure that air traffic controllers, pilots, and other stakeholders receive accurate and timely updates.

We work closely with different divisions within the corporation, as well as national and international agencies, to ensure effective information exchange and compliance with ICAO standards.

Currently, I am involved in the development of improved warning procedures for hazardous weather phenomena to enhance flight safety. One recent achievement was leading my team in successfully upgrading our early warning system to provide faster and more reliable information to air traffic controllers and other users.

My name is Hoàng Tuấn Nam. I am currently working at the Air Traffic Flow Management Center under the Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation (VATM), where I hold the position of Director of the Flight Coordination Center. I have been working with VATM since 2000, focusing on ensuring the safety and efficiency of all flights operating in the Vietnam FIR. Our main responsibilities include issuing flight permissions under the authorization of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam, implementing daily air traffic flow management plans to relevant agencies and units, as well as monitoring and overseeing flight operations nationwide. We also coordinate closely with air traffic control units and military authorities under the Ministry of National Defence. On average, VATM handles close to one million flights per year. Today’s discussion is particularly important, as it will help us strengthen cooperation and ensure that we meet our common objectives through effective coordination. At present, we are also working on projects to further develop Air Traffic Flow Management (ATFM) in Vietnam, aiming to ensure safer and more efficient flight operations.
