The Magna Carta gave liberty around the world. It also gave the right to free man the right to justice and a fair trial. it echoed in the Declaration of Independence stating how everyone, even high ranked leaders, must obey the law. If the Magna Carta didn't exist no one would have their own rights and have to be ordered by a high leader.

All of these are either echoed, or reworded, and even stated again in the Declaration of Independence.
