In the copyright videos I learned that people have to ask permission and sometimes pay money to use other people's things which I hadn't know before. Even small things like mix tape beats. I knew already copyrighting is a big thing that law has controversy over, which I agree. People should definently be getting credit for their own work. I will take knowledge out of articles but get as far away from copying statements as I can and make it my own.

Red Ink

Okay so I think starting red ink was overwhelming just by the idea of changing programs, it's more of a learning tool than apex I think. It offers more help and practice rather than moving into everything quickly with the thought of just getting it done. I'm happy we're on red ink and other things for assignments rather than apex, which most people could find answers online and it was rather just boring. Red ink helps you individually and it's just a better, more colorful environment website to be working with. I think English is a lot better to work with this year, even if it might not be easier which me (guilty) and alot of others were looking for in the beginning of the year. I'm sure more students and I are adapting to it just fine though.

I recently was in Sioux Falls at Barnes and noble. I'm really trying to better myself as a person and helping others too...well atleast trying to get to a satisfying point, but anyways, I got a book called "15 invaluable laws of growth". I just started it last week and the first chapter already opened my eyes way more than the last book I read for this purpose. I think it's a great source and could help a lot of people realize things about themselves and people around them, it is nonfiction and a biography but I think I'm going to use it for my book, it makes a lot of undebatable points I'm sure other students would like to hear about them. I'm not so much into novels cause if I'm reading a book I want to learn something about myself from it, and I want it to be something where I know what lesson I'm trying to get at. Novels to be do have a lesson but I'm not always sure what it'll be. I'm getting to know myself more and more mentally (at this age everyone is lost I feel) and I'm just trying to work on things I know need improvement to make me feel better about myself.

It's week 3 and I'm writing what I did for week 2. We recently are just adapting to the school year and I was just all over the place at first. I'm trying to get organized and on the right track now. Last week I honestly probably didn't work on this for 11 hours, well i might have but I atleast didn't use my time in the classroom wisely. I was working on algebra 2 alot of the time because I had to do it but I know that's no excuse cause this should be just as important
