When You Simply Can't Find the Motivation to Study- I selected this video as it aligns with the topic I am focusing on. This video discusses how certain people lack the drive to study and offers advice on how to assist them. The initial suggestion he made was developing systems that result in more serious outcomes. I think that having in place can be beneficial as it provides a means for self-regulation, thus boosting our motivation to accomplish tasks. also states that we have the capability to create a reward-giving system.

This advice is excellent as individuals tend to be more inspired to take action when there is an incentive offered.

Recovering from Failure- I selected this video because experiencing failure can lead to a decrease in motivation for some people to continue with their studies. This video discusses strategies for bouncing back from a setback, such as failing a test.

In this video, are provided with suggestions and important highlights. The main takeaway from the video is to always keep in mind that experiencing failure does not mean the end of the road. Everyone experiences failure at some point, so there is no need to feel discouraged or ashamed if it happens to you. Thomas also notes that by learning from failure and being resilient, along with trying again in a wiser manner, individuals can improve and succeed. I found his advice to be insightful and practical; it's important to reflect on our mistakes in order to develop and improve as individuals.

.

How to Put an End to Feeling Overwhelmed - I selected this video because it aligns with my topic and offers suggestions on how to avoid feeling constantly overwhelmed. In this video, Thomas discusses strategies for reducing the frequency of feeling overwhelmed. He discusses his emotions, mentioning that upon waking up in the morning, he feels overwhelmed by the amount of tasks to be completed and the limited time available to do so. As a student in my early college years, I experienced this exact feeling every single day, so I can relate to what you're going through. In this video, Thomas shares some of the tips he employs, including the technique of resetting sprint. A reset sprint is essentially a brief, concentrated period during which you pause to reflect on what isn't functioning properly and create fresh strategies to address it. You establish precise objectives, experiment with fresh concepts, and evaluate what was successful in order to assist you in getting back on course. I find the guidance to be quite helpful as many individuals often desire a fresh start, and this approach allows for just that with a positive outlook.
