I believe students violate guideline 8 most often. Guideline number 8 reads, "Thou shalt not appropriate other people's intellectual output." This means that people should not plagiarize the work of others by taking using their work without permission.

I believe students violate this guideline the most because it is extremely easy to copy and paste someone's work from the internet. Students believe this will allow them to get their work done as fast as possible. They also believe that copying and pasting work from the internet will allow them to produce the best quality work and get the high grades.

I believe educating students from a very young age is the best way to reduce unethical behavior on the internet. By teaching students how they should and should not behave on the internet, it is likely that unethical behavior on the internet will decrease. This is because students will learn that their actions on the internet have consequences. If they commit a cybercrime or behave unethically on the internet later in life, they could go to prison or be expelled from school.
