+ We've made good progress with taking our Data to the cloud and have  a better understanding of deadlines etc and where we fit in. 
(Recommended to get and stay in touch on PO level for project as soon as possible.)
+ Our architect is getting up to speed and already engaging with our "stakeholders".
+ Rodrigo has own desk (next to me).
- Asked SRT to modify deployment of WSP to exclude CA (on Test), but still waiting.

Content:
For me:
- The good thing for me is that I could setup everything so I can start been productive
- The bad thing is that I haven't done anything productive. I still learning how the system works and not as fast as I wanted
- Everyone on the team is been really supportive with me and helping me a lot through this adaptation process 

For the team:
- We had some progress with the communication with Team 1D
- Andre advanced with the Cloud transition discussion. It's an important feature for the next sprints
