The first project was a clinic intervention addressing patients' SDoH issues. The positive impacts that the 'Learning to Integrate Neighborhoods with Clinical Care- LINCC' project appeared to be many so the pilot was scaled to all 26 clinics health system wide. I have been an active PCORI Ambassador since 2014 and look forward to getting to know you. I am involved locally-nationally now internationally with COVID19 research and evidence synthesis.
